Dr Christopher Ejeh is an Experience Quantity Surveyor, and a Facilities Manager. He obtained his Bachelor of Science (Bsc Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management from the University of Bolton, a Master’s degree (MSc) in Facilities Management from The University of Salford, as well as a PhD in Facilities Management also from the University of Salford all in England, United Kingdom.

Prior to these qualifications, he holds an HND in Quantity Surveying and a Diploma in Building and Quantity Surveying, both from Kaduna Polytechnic in Nigeria.

Since graduating from the University of Bolton, Chris has worked as a Resident Quantity Surveyor with Manchester city council, a Senior Quantity surveyor with Laing O’Rourke construction limited, and a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Kier Construction Group al in the United Kingdom. He worked as a Commercial Manager with Network rail, England (Network rail owns and manages Britain’s rail infrastructure and assets, including buildings, bridges, signalling and over 20,000 miles of track). Prior to his coming to the UK, Chris worked with Julius Berger as a Quantity Surveyor on the new central bank of Nigeria head office project in Abuja.

His Doctorate Degree (PhD) was in good practice knowledge management in facilities management service delivery, where he critically investigated the interface between knowledge management processes and organisation knowledge infrastructure capabilities in the effective management of the built facilities.

In the last 23 years of his active career within the construction and built environment industry, Chris has gained experience in all aspects of construction cost project management, including contract management, facilitating tendering processes, coordinating pre & post contract processes, facilities management, project cost control & budgeting, as well as project value engineering to maximise value for the money

He is a Certified Member of The British Institute of facilities management (BIFM), now The Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM), and a Chartered Builder with The Chartered Institute of Builders (MCIOB), all in the United Kingdom. He is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MNIQS) and a Registered Quantity Surveyor (RQS) with The Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Global Facilities management (FIGFM).

Engineer Walter Widla has a broad range of hands-on experience as a Design Engineer in electric and pneumatic control systems and a design engineer in the custom electric heating industry, including electric heating elements, industrial electric heaters, related ASME pressure vessels, and all aspects of electric heating equipment for the oil & Gas industry applications.

He started the first ASME pressure vessel manufacturing facility in the Caribbean with headquarters in Trinidad; he was a key member of an organization to manufacture pressure equipment for the oil, gas, and chemical market in North Africa; Developed very strong supply relationships with highly regarded companies in China providing equipment to the Oil, Gas, and Chemical markets worldwide.

He is the founder and President of Fulton Engineered Sales Ltd, Ontario, Canada, a Canadian company that specializes in manufacturing custom Pressure Vessels, Cryogenic Tanks, and Heat Exchangers.

He was a Director of the Canadian Heat Exchange and Vessel Manufacturers’ Association, a manufacturers’ lobbying organization.

Engr. Bashir Bello FNSE, has spent over thirty-three years in the practice of Engineering across the Energy industry. He started his engineering career as a Research Assistant at the Sokoto Energy Research Center before joining the Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) in 1991 as a maintenance Planning Engineer at the Port Harcourt Refining Company Ltd. In 1996, he joined The Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC), where he held various positions, including Project Leader, Manager Asset Engineering, Manager Midstream Gas, and General Manager Business & Government Relations which was the last position he held for over six years before he retired from active service at Shell in June 2023.

While working for SPDC, Bashir led the development of oil & gas Facilities through EPC phases, such as Gas compression modules, Gas processing facilities (Twister System) and network of Pipelines. As Manager Asset Engineering, he led the successful delivery of the company’s Oil and Gas Asset integrity and modification (de-bottlenecking, rehabilitation, replacement, and repairs) and provided general technical support in the planned and preventative strategy for the capital maintenance of Assets. Part of his job responsibility as the Manager of Midstream Gas includes Asset Management, Joint Venture Governance, Business and Corporate Governance at the Nigeria NLNG Limited.  As a General Manager of Business & Government Relations, he liaises with the Nigerian government and stakeholders on implementing Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) Business intelligence and corporate Governance strategies. He was part of the Shell team that oversaw the successful clean-up of some hydrocarbon-polluted soil on Ogoni land. He has served as Director and Board member in Bonny Gas Tranport Company, NLNG Ship Manning Company Limited and Shell Petroleume Development company of Nigeria Limited.

A Fellow of the Nigeria Society of Engineers, he has coached and mentored many upcoming engineers and project management staff during his over thirty years of engineering practice.
